During busy times and holidays or special promotions, it may take an additional 2-3 days for orders to process at our warehouse before being shipped due to high volume. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Monrovia, California.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. If you made an error on your address, please message us via our Contact Form within 1 hour upon placing an order and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
All return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or if we made a shipping error.
Shipping Costs for Incorrect Addresses:
nadookna is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old addresses provided by the customer, natural disasters, USPS, UPS, Fed Ex transportation delays. If an order is sent back to us due to an address entered incorrectly by customer at checkout, the customer is responsible for re-shipping charges.
All International packages are shipped via USPS First Class International.
All import duties and VAT charges are not included in your order total. nadookna assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges. We will not reship or refund orders, shipping fees if they are refused or returned. International sales are final. No exceptions.
